Our engineers inspect your laptop and give you a written quote before any work begins. No fix, no fee — if you decide not to proceed, take your laptop back at no charge.

Do the listed prices include parts and labor?+

Yes. All prices below are in HKD and include both parts and labor — no hidden fees. The final amount is confirmed in a written quote after inspection, before work begins.

Is there a warranty?+

Yes. All repairs carry a 180-day warranty (data recovery is covered by our "no data, no charge" guarantee). If the same fault recurs within the warranty period, we fix it again free.

Why are some repairs priced as a range?+

Part costs vary by model (e.g. a MacBook Pro 16" Mini-LED panel costs more than a standard 13" LCD). After inspection we quote an exact price for your specific model — never raised mid-repair.
